FEE STRUCTURE

I offer an initial consultation via phone or zoom free of charge. This gives me and my clients an opportunity to explore what it would be like to work together. The range of fees for different services is provided below. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale fee arrangements if affordability is a constraint.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

£90 per 50 min session

We will discuss the number of sessions you may require in our initial meeting. This will vary widely with the specific issues you want to work on.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING

£125 per 75 min session

I usually suggest a block of 6-8 sessions to work through relationship difficulties.

GROUP THERAPY

£30+ per two-hour group

Groups usually run weekly for 12 weeks, and have between 6 and 10 people.
